  Dropped my mothers coffin side ways when I was originally told they would arrange taking the casket over when ready. I was told I could have my mother memorial buried of 75 if I purchase the grave and vault and I did and now they will not stand up to their words. There sales men SUCK with lies. I want my money returned. A deal is a deal. Susan Collins, North Carolina re (Barbara Helen Ferris Chapman. I wish that if shaking a hand, that the word is good. I hope all those fall hand shakes, that each one would fall off.

  While visiting my Son before his passing 2 yrs. ago. I stopped by the cematary to visit my Mother's grave. While there I ckd. with the Office concerning the plots my Mother had paid for, way before her passing. I was going to give my Son a site there or his Mother could sell it to help cover cost.I was told I have no right to any of them 5 total lots. they told me that the next of Kin is next in Line.Now I was her 1st. child she had a set of twins after she got married.She was a single Mom when she had me. so instead of me getting the Lots they turned them over to my younger sister. Now my Son was lying there Dying so what was a parent to do.I live in Fl. so I didn't even get the plot.what would you do? Just ranting sorry and Hurt.thanks for listening Gary

  My parents are buried in White Chapel and they deserve better. My father bought plots years ago and this was the biggest mistake ever. We would call about the grounds being so muddy, etc. and all we'd get was a runaround and each one we'd talk with they were going to fix the problem and return a call immediately. I finally began taking names so that I could keep a record of the inconsistencies. The mowers do nothing but sling rocks, dirt and whatever debris over the graves and wouldn't dare blow off the dried grasses off the graves. Honestly, if we had the means, my parents would be exhumed and buried in a nicer setting that this place called a cemetery.

  Don't bother making an appointment with them. They never honor them. I've made two appointments (one was rescheduled by them) and they failed to honor either of them! No-shows on their part and never bothered to call me. No professionalism at all. I'd be livid if I was the owner of this cemetery.
